ABOUT US
A local septic company that does the job right.
BioGreen Septic looks after septic systems on rural homes, acreages, farms and businesses across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, from Hope to Squamish. Repairs, inspections, maintenance, alarms and pump-outs, done carefully and explained plainly. Protecting your property and the water beneath it.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Six things we do on every job.
We find the cause first
We work from the house to the field, in order, so you pay to fix the part that failed, not the part that is easiest to dig up.
Written price before any work
You know what the job costs before we start. Anything extra is listed, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Written report after every visit
What we found, what we did and what is due next, with photos. Keep it with your property papers; buyers and realtors ask for it.
3-year limited warranty
Pumps, level sensors, alarms and other parts we install are covered for 3 years against defects, matching the manufacturer warranty. A covered part that fails is repaired or replaced at no charge.
24/7 emergency line
Backups, sounding alarms and failed pumps get an answer any time on (604) 200-0278, with clear steps until we arrive.
We tell you what can wait
Not every problem is urgent. We say which repairs need doing now and which can be planned, so you can budget for them.
HOW A VISIT WORKS
Simple from the first call.
- 01

- 02
Get a written price
We look at the problem and tell you what it needs, and what it costs, before any work starts.
